Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing highquality patient care for critically ill newborns and their families. This role requires expertise in neonatal nursing practices as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Perform critical care transport for neonates requiring transfer to specialized facilities.
- Administer tube feeding and manage catheter care for patients as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate families on the medical conditions of their infants treatment plans and postdischarge care.
- Participate in hospice palliative medicine discussions when necessary ensuring compassionate endoflife care.
- Engage in memory care practices to support the emotional wellbeing of patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with medicalsurgical procedures as required ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in NICU or critical care nursing preferred.
- Strong skills in patient care including urgent care scenarios.
- Knowledge of catheterization techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients families and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of neonatal nursing.

Pay: $65.52 per hour
