Overview of the Role
Join a leading energy innovation company as a Project Management Specialist where youll provide technical direction and leadership on critical infrastructure projects. In this role youll plan coordinate and successfully deliver complex projects that contribute to Americas sustainable energy future utilizing your expertise to drive excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical direction to department teams and project participants
Plan coordinate and complete largescale or multiple complex projects within budget and schedule
Monitor industry developments and incorporate new technologies into project planning
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members
Ensure all projects meet required standards and specifications
Recommend process improvements based on project outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced degree in Project Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification preferred
Proven experience managing complex technical projects in the energy sector
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
Adaptability and problemsolving capabilities in fastpaced environments
Indepth knowledge of energy industry standards and regulations
