Position: Tier 3 Engineer (CCIE)

Location:
This position is based in Littleton CO USA. However the candidate may be required to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 3 Engineer (CCIE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and possess a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification. As a Tier 3 Engineer you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our clients network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues including troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution
- Design and implement network solutions for clients utilizing Cisco technologies
- Conduct network assessments and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of network issues
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and advancements in network technology
- Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and new technologies
- Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and support
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco networking technologies including routers switches firewalls and wireless
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP routing protocols and network security
- Experience with network design and implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Availability for oncall rotation for afterhours support
