About the Role
As a Campaign Specialist youll collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them build their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will have a real impact on their business success. This is a targetdriven environment where youll play a key role on a supportive and ambitious onboarding team.
What Youll Do

Be a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through campaign creation and optimization

Understand clients goals and tailor advertising strategies to meet their needs

Drive client success by increasing ad spend and ensuring longterm engagement

Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions
What Were Looking For

BA/BS degree or equivalent (Advanced degrees in Marketing or Communications are a plus)

At least 12 years of experience in sales or online advertising

A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for meeting goals and creating great client experiences

Excellent communication skillsconfident on the phone and persuasive in writing

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Analytical thinker with a focus on problemsolving and customer impact

Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a changing environment

Nativelevel Dutch and a high level of English
