Salary is EUR 1500 per month gross with bonuses

As a Customer Support Specialist youll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their devices answering their questions and providing guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.

What You Will Be Doing:

Handling incoming phone calls messages and emails from customers.

Providing assistance on a variety of products including vacuum cleaners air purifiers hair care tools and more.

Troubleshooting technical issues and offering effective solutions to inquiries.

Processing warranty claims repairs and replacements.

Offering product recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction with professional and friendly communication.
Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

Strong attention to detail.

Technical troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.

Professionalism when managing unexpected changes or customer concerns.

Experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
