Customer Service Agent Car Rental (Croatian English)
Location: Athens Greece (Remote)
Start Date: 8 May 2025
Join a dynamic and supportive team helping customers with their car rental experienceall from the comfort of your home in Greece!
Work Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
-
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
-
40 hours/week 8h/day 5 days/week)
Responsibilities:

Provide support to customers in Croatian and English

Assist with bookings account inquiries and general customer questions

Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism

Deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction
