Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Corporate Recruiter located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs conducting interviews negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Recruitment Interviewing and Hiring skills
- Experience in sourcing and selecting candidates
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
