Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Representative (German B2
Location: Varna Bulgaria 1 week onsite for training) then REMOTE IN BULGARIA
Salary: 2300 BGN Gross/month

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative with B2level German to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support handling inquiries and delivering outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient and friendly customer support in German via multiple channels (phone email chat)

Assist customers with queries troubleshooting and provide appropriate solutions

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Achieve set performance targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:

B2level proficiency in German (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
