At Mur&Partners we offer a position as Head of Laundry Shopper Marketing for a renowned international company.
MISSION
The primary objective of this role is to analyse shopper dynamics and develop the shopper marketing strategy for the consumer brands business unit with a specific focus on the laundry category for an international company that is leader in its sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing category trends/key growth levers and defining together with Marketing the category vision.
- Collaborate with marketing Net Revenue Management and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotion.
- Coordinate and monitor the of related sales activities.
- Provides regular reporting (eg: MS Promo P&L NPI launch control distribution promotion overview and listing overviews).
- Defining best assortment and shelf layout for her/his own scope and analysing competitive shelf status identifying new opportunities.
- Work on category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & followup on results.
- Lead and empower team members in their assigned job responsibilities with a trustful healthy culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- 57 years of experience in Category Management within the FMCG sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Management.
- Strong professional experience with Spanish retailers.
- C1 level of English is essential.
- Educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Nielsen and Excel is required.
