Qualifications & Licensure Requirements:
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts Chapter 74 Vocational Technical Educator License in Graphic Design and Visual Communications 914.

General Summary:
Teach and mentor students in a comprehensive handson program that prepares them for careers in graphic design digital media animation print production and emerging technologies.
This role blends traditional design principles with modern industry tools covering topics such as branding typography animation video production UX/UI design and print technologies. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software web design digital and offset printing and project management as well as the ability to guide students toward industry certifications portfolio development and career readiness.
Responsibilities
This position is part of transitioning from the former Graphic Communications/Printing program into Graphic Design and Visual Communications (GDVC). While the curriculum now includes more digital media it also retains essential printing elements requiring candidates with expertise in both digital design and print.
