Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival identify their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process with relevant questions and solutions
- Explain vehicle features warranties and services to prospective buyers
- Report on objectives activities reviews and analyses to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly competitive personality especially in handling rejection and negotiating pricing
- Interest in mentoring new sales associates and working in a team environment
- Proven success in automotive sales
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
