What Youll Do

  • Generate Opportunities: Research prospects cold call and engage via email and social media to uncover new business leads.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand customer needs to identify highpotential opportunities.
  • Set Appointments: Arrange meetings with prospects ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives (AEs).
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately track and manage leads in Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Learn & Collaborate: Build product expertise and work closely with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 12 years in outbound business development preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
  • Skills: Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and outreach platforms. Familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT is a plus.
  • Drive: Enthusiastic about cold calling adaptable to fastchanging environments and eager to learn.
