We are seeking an
Application Support Agent Junior (eGrants)to join our team in Brussels.
Description of the project:In the GSS project ourteam provides L1 support in the eGrants domain. eGrants consists in the suite of application that are used for the management of present and future EU Funding programmes. They cover different aspects of the management of grants and especially:
- The submission of proposals
- The evaluation of proposals and the award of grants
- The management of experts that evaluate the proposals
Description of tasks:- Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users (by email phone or face to face); provide technical support investigate problems and determine appropriate actions.
- Keep enduser informed on request status and progress.
- Participate to meetings with the Commission staff in order to define their needs for the evaluation process.
- Provide training to Commission staff.
- Participate to meetings with the development team.
- Improving documentation/manual for training/shared knowledge.
Knowledge and skills:- Higher education or equivalent overall experience.
- A first successful experience in user support (minimum 1 year).
- European level C1 in English is mandatory.
- Have good analytical skills and quickly understand process.
- Be solution oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem.
- High communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship skills.
- You are stress resistant and are able to impart knowledge at various levels.
Miscellaneous:- Any other language is an asset
- ITIL Foundation Certified
Other requirements:- EU Citizenship.
- Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
