Pitch Advisor

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for a Pitch Advisor role.

About the Team

Join our global team responsible for developing clientfocused pitch materials and supporting business growth initiatives. Collaborating with the Business Development & Marketing department our team covers the creation analysis and optimisation of client pitches to drive firm success.

You will be responsible for:

• Create clientfocused pitch materials with sector/industry info client research and competitor analysis.

• Monitor industry trends competitor actions and new technologies for competitive and relevant pitches.

• Analyse pitch outcomes to identify successes and improvements.

• Share successful pitch strategies and templates across teams to standardise the process.

• Use tools and software for enhanced pitch development including automated templates and data insights.

• Manage pitch process from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are efficient.

• Craft value propositions highlighting the firms strengths and aligning with client objectives/challenges.

• Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on pitch outcomes and improvements.

• Adapt standard templates and past materials to address specific client goals and concerns.

• Independently manage and submit straightforward or lowpriority pitches.

Apply if you:

• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory C1/C2 level).
• Have 24 years of experience in clientfocused pitch development.
• Hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Law or Marketing degree is beneficial.
• Experience using pitchrelated tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Are proficient in MarTech tools like Salesforce and in MS Office Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in client research and competitor analysis.
• Have strong project management skills and able to deliver in a deadline driven environment.
• Proven ability to develop compelling value propositions aligned with client needs.
• Possess strong communication skills and able to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Experience providing strategic recommendations based on pitch outcomes and trends.

Location

• Warsaw (hybrid model 2 days in the office per week)
