Job Description
We are hiring a fulltime permanent teacher in North Battleford SK to support our specialized classroom beginning August 25 2025.
McKitrick School is seeking a compassionate dynamic and highly skilled teacher to join our specialized classroom program. This program is designed to support students who face complex behavioral challenges through a traumainformed lens. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in traumasensitive practices and have experience in working with children who have diverse needs including those with complex behavioral challenges. The Specialized Classroom Teacher will work closely with school leadership staff parents and other professionals to provide highquality inclusive educational experiences for students while promoting a positive supportive and safe learning environment.

Applicants must hold a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate. Acertificate in Special Education a certificate in extended studies or a Master of Education is not required but would be considered an asset.
