Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading construction general contractor who is seeking a Senior Level Accounting Consultant to join their team on a 34 month contract basis. Pay Rate:$90.00 $100.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the incentive compensation program which includes 15 projectbased plans.
- Utilize Callidus Cloud or equivalent sales performance management software (such as Everstage Performio Varicent) for data imports reconciliations and detailed reviews.
- Conduct thorough reviews of commission agreements to ensure accurate calculations.
- Prepare accruals and be familiar with journal entries ensuring precision in all financial aspects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior level accounting role.
- Ideally experienced with incentive compensation programs.
- Expertise in Callidus Cloud or similar sales performance management systems is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with construction management incentive programs is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex data efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
