Position Summary:
The Wash Bay Supervisor reports to the local Terminal Manager. This position is responsible for the safety quality and efficient management of ADM Cedar Rapids Tank Wash. Schedule will include weekends as needed and the ability to be on call.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Position Summary:
The Wash Bay Supervisor reports to the local Terminal Manager. This position is responsible for the safety quality and efficient management of ADM Cedar Rapids Tank Wash. Schedule will include weekends as needed and the ability to be on call.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the wash process ensuring internal and external customer needs are met
- Understand and comply with DOT OSHA and Food Safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe work environment adhering to ADMs safety standards
- Participate in creation of SOPs and implementation
- Managing wash bay attendees and leads
- Provide timely and effective feedback to employees to increase performance and accountability
- Scheduling and Payroll
- Certified to train on Fall protection
- Assisting the Trucking Terminal and working with drivers to ensure operations function smoothly.
- Communicating with the ADM plant to ensure trailers with excessive heel are reprocessed timely
- Take ownership of all aspects of the operation
- 7 years of Wash Bay or Trucking experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sense of leadership with the ability to impact and influence others.
- Proven ability to work within a team based work environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to lead meetings.
- Some Domestic Travel may be necessary
