Job Description
Were currently seeking a Marketing Data Administrator to join our Headquarters team!
The Marketing Data Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing customer data and web analytics ensuring the delivery of accurate insights and enhancing marketing campaign effectiveness. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity compliance and accessibility while supporting datadriven marketing strategies. By providing insights into digital performance the Marketing Data Administrator helps drive informed decisions and impactful marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and maintain customer data within our CRM and marketing platforms.
- Ensure the development of a unified accurate customer profile by integrating data from various systems (CRM marketing tools POS).
- Implement data hygiene best practices including resolving duplicates enriching records and standardizing data across systems.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to support segmentation audience targeting and creation of personalized campaign initiatives.
- Design and maintain efficient data workflows to streamline data integration and management across platforms.
- Implement manage and optimize web analytics tools (GA4 to monitor user behavior and improve digital platform performance.
- Assist in data governance efforts to ensure adherence to privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Support the marketing team with data extraction dashboard creation and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
How You Will Shine:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Management Information Systems or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing customer data and/or web analytics preferably within a marketing or digital environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) marketing automation tools and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau DOMO).
- Technical expertise with GTM GA4 and event tracking.
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and/or SQL.
- Knowledge of data integration APIs and best practices for data hygiene.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills able to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
- Experience working in a retail or subscriptionbased business is a plus.
