Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an EAP Counselor Licensed.
Position Status: Parttime Day Shift
Position Location: Onsite in Woodbridge VA
Standard Working Hours: 2 10 hours shifts 8:00AM 7:00PM Tuesdays and Thursdays (flexibility on days as needed)
Provides direct service screening problem assessment direct therapeutic counseling client referral crisis intervention followup services and case management on an ongoing basis to clients seeking assistance.

Masters level degree
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Clinical Psychologist License in the state of Virginia Required

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$34933.60$58219.20. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/oncall overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center located in Woodbridge VA is a 183bed notforprofit hospital.
