What Will Be Your Environment:
BMT is based in Romania and Germany. We produce catheters with approx. 130 employees.
What Youll Do:
As a Production Operator (m/w/d) you will play an important role in producing catheters. Youll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
What Were Looking For:
- Processing assembling and finishing of products by means of operations specific to the catheter manufacturing activity.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Completed secondary education
- No previous experience in a similar position required
- Skill precision and thoroughness in performing specific operations
- Observational and organizational skills good judgement ability to work under time pressure communication skills teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy required to carry out the production processes
- Ability to plan work and time
