Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target new customers in various sectors such as construction manufacturing telecommunications mining healthcare and hospitality.
Promote the companys genset product line to potential clients emphasizing features benefits and technical specifications.
Maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals quotes and contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.
Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product specifications pricing delivery and aftersales support.
Provide technical assistance or coordinate with technical teams to meet customer specifications.
Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer demands for genset products and services.
Track and report on market intelligence and provide feedback to senior management.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline development in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts progress reports and performance updates to management.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal departments (marketing technical logistics and customer support) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to offer aftersales services to customers ensuring longterm relationships and repeat business.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
