Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Reman Quality Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with our manufacturing engineers and production team to support various quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality inspections and audits.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address qualityrelated concerns and drive improvements.

Support development of gage management controls for production lines.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance or a related field.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of quality control principles and methodologies is a plus.
