Student Loans Company is a nonprofit making Governmentowned organisation to provide loans and grants to students in universities and colleges in the UK. SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Architect to join our Business Design function. Reporting to the Lead Business Architect the Business Architect is responsible for ensuring that business initiatives align with the SLCs strategic goals and capabilities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing planning and recommending solutions to enhance the integrity of the companys architecture. The Business Architect will collaborate across various business units technical teams and external partners ensuring that the company makes informed decisions to drive value sustainability and scalability while reducing risk.
SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
What you bring:
- Indepth knowledge of architecture principles methods and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in assessing and mapping business and technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with architectural modelling tools and software.
- Comprehensive understanding of business strategy and roadmap development.
- Educations Reqs: A Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Architecture Information Technology or Business Management or related experience.
