The Role:

Were looking for an experienced Insights Client Success Executive to join us on a permanent basis.

In this role you will own the relationship with your portfolio area of CPG clients across one or more categories. You will support with the selling and delivery of the most relevant dunnhumby insights and solutions to the assigned clients. In addition to this you will support customer first value creation through collaboration between the retailer and the supplier that builds a better shared understanding of their customers and delivers mutual growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own strong relationships with client counterparts in the assigned CPG clients and work alongside client(s) in their offices as required.
  • Help inspire a change around putting the customer first.
  • Support collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs.
  • Oversee and drive the delivery of each clients account plan.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of assigned CPG and retailer clients and their business and the relevant category in order to advise in line with their strategies and to optimize the value we can offer.
  • Use insights from dunnhumbys tools analysis and consultancy to create & deliver presentations that provide insights and solutions to client issues that will then create measurable change and deliver measurable value to the retailers customers.
  • Support the creation and delivery of consultative and analytical brief to clients.
  • Support with identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities for assigned clients as well as needs and areas that dunnhumby can help with thereby achieving dunnhumbys/ retailers revenue targets with those clients
  • Collaborate relentlessly across the dunnhumby Shopper Insights Retail and Media teams and the wider Shopper Insights dunnhumby community
  • Support delivery of training to clients on dunnhumby products and solutions to ensure they are fully utilized and embedded within the clients ways of working
  • Support the measurement of the benefits ROI and value we are creating with each client
  • When one of your CPG client contracts is coming up for renewal take a supporting role to maximise the chances of renewal
  • Lead the creation of case studies for every project and rolemodel best practice sharing between dunnhumby teams.
  • Support the continued evolution and growth of our CPG client offering through supporting content creation for and attending Shopper Insights community forums..
  • Take ownership of your career and skills development.
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Understanding of CPG Industry
  • Relevant work experience
