Job Description

Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations and team members. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require effective management skills multitasking forward thinking efficient and productive gogetter.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide bestinclass customer service
  • of business plan and budget achievement
  • Participate in various outbound sales efforts
  • Partner with teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
  • Consultative selling during customer engagement
  • Delegation of sales activities and opportunity management
  • Overall branch operational and general responsibilities
  • Inventory management
  • Team management and coordination
  • Ability to learn and comprehend electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver endtoend solutions
  • Phone/Email/Walk In Order processing overflow

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 4 years experience operations/customer service/sales experience
  • 2 years management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of analytical skills and datadriven thinking

Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100 of your variable incentive pay. However overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
