You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Technology Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Technology Team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our marketing technology MarTech stack ensuring seamless integration with other systems and supporting various lines of business. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the operational needs of the Marketing team and leverage technical knowledge to implement the tools and platforms that most effectively and efficiently satisfy those needs.
This Hybrid role requires inperson work at our Newton MA headquarters 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize approximately 80 MarTech platforms ensuring they are leveraged to their full potential key platforms include: Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Google and Sitecore
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives
Manage the integration of new MarTech platforms with existing systems ensuring a cohesive marketing technology ecosystem
Conduct regular audits of the MarTech stack to identify opportunities for consolidation enhancement or retirement of platforms
Serve as a point of contact for colleagues in the marketing team who require assistance with MarTech platforms
Provide training and support to marketing staff on the effective use of marketing tools including creation of job aids and documentation
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to drive innovation within the company
Work closely with the IT Procurement Privacy and Legal departments to ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all MarTech platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Information Technology or a related field or 4 years of related experience lieu of degree
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Marketing or IT related role
2 years managing MarTech technologies (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Google and Sitecore)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing technology systems.
Excellent priority management and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of a wide range of MarTech platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
