STV is seeking a Commissioning Technician for the Construction Management Group
Duties:
Manage the commissioning process on various inhouse small to medium sized projects
Perform Commissioning design reviews submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
Create prefunctioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
Conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
Perform field observations and functional testing
Document and track test results on issue resolution logs
Create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
Assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
Eight 8 years full time paid professional experience in commissioning
Working knowledge of building code CHPS and commissioning requirementsANSI commissioning certification (CxA CxT BCxP Certified Commissioning Professional)
Extensive knowledge of building mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
Education:
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree preferably inmechanical or electrical engineering architecture or construction management
