The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join ourAdobe Digital Experience organizationbased in Bucharest.

In this role you will be pivotal in helping craft the strategy and leading all aspects of Program Management. From handling planning activities to driving process improvements and communicating vertically and horizontally across the company the team will rely on you to keep everyone informed. This is a highly crossfunctional role with partnerships across various other teams.

Your workwill directly impactthe effectiveness and efficiency of the Adobe Commerce team. You will improve collaboration communication and alignment with core teams and partners across the entire Adobe ecosystem.

What youll do

  • Work with crossfunctional product design and engineering teams in establishing workstreams and operationalizing them for efficiency.

  • Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified risks and options with recommendations as appropriate.

  • Provide effective monitoring and controlling during the lifecycle of projects. Where appropriate initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk.

  • Set schedules and actively manage issues/risks of the programs.

  • Facilitate foster communication and drive the coordination and management of dependencies with crossfunctional teams

  • Ensure crossfunctional alignment across all teams on strategy plans and .

  • Communicate program status risks and mitigation plans to executives.

  • Find opportunities to enhanceand simplify processes where possibleusing our continuous improvement practices.

  • Improve transparency and coordination across functions with clear communication.

What you need to succeed

  • 6 years of proven leadership and experience in leading complex software development programs.

  • A degree in Business or Computer Science/Engineering is highly desired.

  • Experience with a SaaS Web or Mobile software company is strongly preferred.

  • Strong technical background and experience with software/system design and development methodologies (including Agile/Lean).

  • Excellent presentation/communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and implement tasks in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills including relationship building and collaboration within diverse crossfunctional crossgeographical teams.

  • An intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity and have a flexible and adaptive approach.

  • Analytical perspective to problemsolving attention to detail organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Strong negotiation and conflictresolution skills.

  • Strong customercentric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
