.NET Technical Architect
At Smith we develop worldclass experiential commerce solutions to help brands architect the most relevant frictionless commerce experiences possible. We work at a high tempo we collaborate we have fun and we deliver.
The market demand for our services has fueled our growth and we are currently seeking a Technical Architect to join our team as an FTE.
What We Look For:
At least 10 years of experience in Software Application Development
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent working experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Comfortable working directly with clients and endusers
Good understanding of web fundamentals
Strong Experience with HTML and CSS with rich web UI behaviors pixel perfect for all major browsers and viewports
Experience with GIT merging and rebasing strategies
Strong C# and JavaScript (ES6 skills
Strong understanding of relational and nonrelational database systems
Strong understanding of objectoriented programming
Comfortable breaking down a project and providing estimates that include multiple team members
Collaborate with teams to clarify design and implementation while meeting project needs
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable with basic DevOps support
Collaborate with other developers and architects to determine optimal solution architecture efficiency maintainability and scalability
Complete projects/tasks in a timely fashion while meeting sprint goals and commitments
Working experience identifying tracking and implementing browserbased accessibility requirements
Extensive experience in creating applications using the following technologies:
o .NET Framework
o AWS cloud platforms (EC2 RDS S3 DynamoDB Lambda API Gateway SES)
o SQL Server MySQL or NoSQL
o Design and implementation of REST APIs and documentation
o JavaScript frameworks (Angular Vue)
o Modern authentication protocols (OpenID Connect OAuth 2.0
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with automated build systems

Comfortable in a maintenanceminded environment.
