The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Debit Issuing Tribe.
You will work with our scrum DevOps squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production. They are responsible for running the payment infrastructure including issuing transaction handling and Card Management related applications.

DaytoDay Responsibilities

• As a Scrum master you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standup meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective. ensuring the squads can consistently work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver highquality solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the squad members (developers Product Owners Testers) so the work progresses on schedule within budget and to the desired level of quality.
• Additionally you will serve as a coach and mentor to the team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress. Followup the topics identified both in & outside of the squads perimeter.
• Be proactive in identifying risks to the squads progress and resourceful in finding solutions to them.
• Make sure that the squads can deliver predictably & help PO in planning sprints efficiently
• Document team decisions create transparency of the teams workflows and processes make sure they are documented and followed.
• Enable the squads to collaborate effectively with other squads and tribe members
• Be able to work with several squads in parallel
• Help the team be well organized for trouble shooting and resolving productive issues

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion cando attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Higher degree in IT Management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Relevant working experience (minimum 3 years) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings & workshops.
• Team player able to handle working in a high paced environment
• Excellent written and spoken English. French or German is an advantage
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to understand and meet needs from different stakeholders (IT Business).
• Ability to work in a complex multisite multitechnology and multilanguage environment.
• Experience in working with remote teams
• Knowledge of the payments and card management business and related technologies is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively & simultaneously with several crossfunctional teams comfortable with multitasking.
• Ability to coordinate transversal topics with management outside of the squad
• Knowledge of Agile management tools (tools for Resources planning documentation Jira ...
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
