Job Description
Wolters Kluwer is looking for a senior userexperience (UX) designer to join our Italian UX Team in the Legal & Regulatory (LR) primarily working on Italian products the candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with the extended UX international community ensuring alignment with global standards and contributing to the broader design ecosystem.
As a Senior CX/UX Designer you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows highfidelity prototypes and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of usercentered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Translate ideas into concepts user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for LRs portfolio of products
- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work
- Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of developers technologists Project managers and Business stakeholders
- Work within our lean design process while efficiently exploring design concepts iterating and validating design alternatives
- Contribute to the design system (give input to the further development of the design system initiate development of new components etc.
- Stay uptodate with the latest UX design trends and technologies
- Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices
- Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines
Job qualification
- 56 year of experienceideally within an agile environment
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential
- You are required to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to development teams clients and other stakeholders internationally.
- Excellent teamwork skills to align crossfunctional efforts
Tech Skills
- Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and usercentered wireframes and user flows.
- User Research: Proficiency in planning conducting and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
- Prototyping: Strong ability to create highfidelity interactive prototypes.
- Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
- Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.
- Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.
