Experience: 12 yrs
- Assist inmultiple aspects of client project and consultants coordination.
- Manageclient relationships and team communication.
- Providementorship and lead technical educational programs for the office.
- Participateinand lead team discussions on technical and other project relatedissues.
- Have a complete understanding of how Interiors engage with Faade and Landscape.
- Oversee thatthe project is in alignment with project/client vision scope design andbudget.
- Resolvecomplex technical and design issues.
- Provide design support and documentation during completion and of design concepts
- Conduct sitevisits and ensure documentation of the same.
- Processsubmittals RFIs substitution requests etc. during construction.
- Interfacewith local building and permitting officials during the permitting andconstruction phases of projects.
- Participate in office culture andinitiatives
