What youll do here as a Marketing Data Architect:

• Build the foundation:Lead data integration efforts ensuring data accuracy consistency and readiness for analysis. Design data models and pipelines for a single source of truth.
• Drive insights:Enable advanced analytics on marketing and sales performance providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Champion governance:Establish and enforce robust data governance policies ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and ethical data use.
  

Required skills & experience:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Marketing or related field.
• 5 years in data analytics marketing analytics or related roles.
• Strong skills in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels sales processes and associated data.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data strategies and policies.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Project leadership experience.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree or certifications in data/analytics.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or sales analytics preferably with largescale firstparty data.
• Handson experience with modern marketing and data stack tools (e.g. CDPs).
• Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning in marketing/sales.
• Knowledge of indirect sales models and channel partner data.
