As part of this initiative NTT DATA are recruiting a Senior ILM Consultant to the next possible date.

As a key member of our team reporting to our Data Lead you will be responsible for managing projects across various engagements and work with presales and delivery stakeholders to consult with customers in data management tools technologies and processes.

In this role you will contribute towards the departmental performance such as innovation efficiency and quality assurance.
Its envisaged that you will have previous experience of SAP Data across a range of technologies.

The role will principally be based via home working with visits to NTT DATA offices and client sites when required.

Overall objectives for this role are:

• To manage stakeholder relationships and expectations on all client engagement phases representing the Data Practice internally and externally
• To support client development management presales and sales activities with the Data team resources and capabilities to meet the companys commercial targets.
• To oversee active engagements / projects to ensure high quality of delivery from initiation through the entire engagement lifecycle and plan and manage the activities of those working within your team.
• To support data practice capability development by continuously improving the engagement methodology and providing collective feedback on our data toolsets towards the toolset owners.

Experience & Background:

• Good experience of SAP ILM Archiving Skills of Retention Management and understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.
• Experience Reviewing customers current archiving strategy and verifying scope within SAP Landscape
• Taking ownership of relevant data analysis and mapping
• Experience in ILM Store Setup implementation with SAP IQ OpenText Archive Data Extraction with Archiving Snapshots & Context Data Extractor
• Experience in configuring SAP ILM Archiving Objects for Blocking Archiving Reporting Retrieval and/or Deletion across various modules. Setup of SAP ILM Audit areas & Policies. This includes the Read programs Archive Information Structures (AIS) DRB views and other SAPstandard reports.

• Experience in Implementing SAP ILM in ECC and S4 HANA platforms.
• Experience in using ABAP to debug and develop custom objects.
• Beneficial would be some experience of Master Data Governance tools and OpenText VIM
• Not required but beneficial wouldbe experiences with nonSAP data models and software
• Experience of working in presales and responding to RFPs
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple data projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery whilst prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to advise and consult at client C1 level.
• Experience of building and coaching teams in the data space
• Experience of working with 3rd party providers of Data Management software ideally within larger implementation projects
• Experience of working with multiple global teams across different time zones and flexibility to work extended hours and travel where required.
• Demonstrates a high level of personal responsibility pragmatism and autonomy planning own work to meet given objectives within a defined framework.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent in Excel PowerPoint and Word skills with good attention to detail
• Experience through multiple endtoend large SAP ERP transformation projects
• Experience with working through all SAP activate phases and Understanding of SAP ACTIVATE methodology more generally would be beneficial.
• Ability to plan manage and QA check workstream deliverables.
• Ability to carry out a project stream risk assessment and escalate as required suggesting pragmatic solutions.
• Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge in a structured method thus making it useful and functional.
