Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands...

Reporting to the VP of Operations you will have the opportunity to work on a team of bright individuals dedicated to delivering a wide range of comprehensive security products to our customers.

What you will do

  • Answer all incoming phone calls prioritize customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams
  • Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed by the relevant departments.
  • Serve as the customer service champion for PTI
  • Welcome all office visitors clients and attendees for company events
  • Oversee and maintain the organization of the front desk area
  • Collect sort and distribute all mail packages and frontoffice deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Assist various departments including Operations Finance Sales HR and R&D when necessary
  • Conduct occasional office tours
  • Support the planning and of office events and functions as required

What we expect of you

  • Highly organized professional adept at multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills that ensure visitors and customers receive a warm welcome and leave with a positive first impression.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all tasks consistently delivering results on time.
  • Effective communicator both in writing and verbally across various platforms including phone email and formal correspondence.
  • Capable of collaborating successfully with all team members across different departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
