As the People Operations Coordinator you will work in partnership with the People team to support all people processes. This role will perform administrative duties related to onboarding offboarding employee initiatives such as engagement surveys and review cycles and various peoplerelated projects. This position will also have a heavy focus on employee experience which will include employee recognition events and programming. This role will report directly into the Sr. People Partner and will provide support on all peoplerelated matters for our nonexempt employees.
To be equitable to all Literatians we have set compensation and a nonnegotiation policy we dont think a persons pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating. As a result we like to be transparent and upfront about the compensation. When we make an offer we can provide options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or equity. The salary band for this role will be between $50000$60000.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support onboarding administrative tasks and processes for all new hires
Support offboarding tasks including equipment returns and final documentation
Partner with the People team on peoplerelated projects and initiatives such as administering pulse and engagement surveys and employee review cycles
Process employee changes in our HRIS Rippling
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the People team
Process payroll with final approvals by Sr People Partner
Support FC hiring initiatives by scheduling interviews and full cycle recruiting efforts
Asneeded planning support for large scale leadership events and companywide meetings
Coordinate with the People team on company wide communications such as All Hands meetings recognition events and internal announcements.
Administer all types of employee leaves
Support audits and ensure compliance with local state and federal laws.
Help maintain company policies and employee handbook.
Be the main HR point of contact and support for all warehouse operations employees.
Onsite presence in our warehouses the role includes regular travel
