ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for an ElectricalEngineer at our Orange TX manufacturing site.

As anElectricalEngineer This position provides preventative/predictive methods to ensure equipment performance and capital project design and scheduling/construction management techniques to ensure successful project implementations. The primary focus is to ensure plant equipment reliability and proper use of maintenance standards and codes. Proper effective installation of assigned capital projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with the plant maintenance and capital groups to ensure all electrical installations maintain compliance with assigned regulatory requirements as well as ARLANXEO engineering specifications and standards.
• Review update and establish preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability through periodic or conditionbased checks.
• Perform incident investigations analyze equipment failures and perform critical job observations in order to help reduce injuries and equipment damage.
• Develop and execute Continuous Improvement Projects MOCs and Capital Projects to improve unit operations HES and quality.
• Provide DCS support for configuration of I/O logic points and SCM Programs.
• Maintain the OS Network comprised of servers switches and other hardware for system updates configuration changes troubleshooting ect.
• Review update and establish PSM procedures for critical equipment and instrumentation.
• Provide support to maintenance for troubleshooting complicated or time sensitive equipment failures and develop solutions for improvement.

In order to accomplish this you will possess:

• A BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10 years of engineering and leadership experience within a production facility.
• The person in this position should be able to lead and serve on problem solving teams related to maintenance organization equipment maintenance maintenance training and plant safety. The incumbent must be flexible in both his mindset and the setting of priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and must be highly proficient using a PC.
• Experience in daytoday equipment maintenance
• Ability to prioritize work assignments work in fastpaced environment and manage multiple and competing tasks and demands. Organization and timemanagement skills are essential.
• Knowledge of plant operations materials procurement logistics computers and SAP are essential
