Now Hiring: Sales Agent
Location: Charlotte NC Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts Pay: $30 $35 per hour

About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Agent to join our team in Charlotte NC. As a Sales Agent youll be the face of Style Netbox helping clients find the right creative marketing solutions to meet their business goals. If you enjoy building strong client relationships identifying new opportunities and working in a collaborative environmentthis is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through followups and consistent communication.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Generate leads through outreach networking and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends services and competitors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customerfacing roles is preferred.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of working independently.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field is a plus.
