Job Description
Program Manager will be part of the middle mile organization to lead Amazon Coltan integration and scheduling charter. Program manager ensures insist on higher standard on VRIDs creation and ontime coltan deployment. The role supports daily operations at Amazon logistics by collaborating with partner teams to implement crossfunctional projects and programs. This position plays a crucial role in shaping our scheduling and coltan integration charter while ensuring superior service delivery and partner satisfaction through innovative solutions and program management skills.
Key job responsibilities
Scope and execute programs to build an automated capability of coltan scheduling with integration with current scheduling process.
Influencing internal and external stakeholders/partners and building partnerships across a wide range of partners
Development of the overall program strategy tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
Define the program (mission vision tenets) set objectives analyse data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment seeking to understand business problems automation limitations scaling factors boundary conditions
Work on converting manual process to automation by using SQL Python
2 years of program or project management experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Efficient in stakeholder management and program reporting
