We are proudly partnering with a leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field who are looking to expand their Coffs Harbour Rehabilitation Consulting team with a new graduate OT.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments (physical injury workplace ergonomic ADL FCA)
- Liaising between employers employees insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to external clinicians as needed
- Case management (goal setting setting return to work plans following up on progress delivering successful return to work outcomes)
