** This position is onsite **We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design develop and deliver intuitive interactive and impactful data visualizations and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with visualization tools like Power BI Tableau and SSRS and a strong understanding of business data user experience and storytelling through data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

develop and maintain interactive dashboards visualizations and paginated reports using tools like Power BI Tableau and SSRS.
with business analysts stakeholders and data engineers to understand reporting requirements and translate them into compelling BI solutions.
intuitive user interfaces that support selfservice analytics and effective decisionmaking.
and manage data models measures and calculated columns within visualization tools (e.g. DAX in Power BI).
with various data sources including relational databases data warehouses APIs and flat files.
data accuracy consistency and proper use of KPIs and metrics in visualizations.
dashboards and reports for performance usability and responsiveness across devices.
design best practices including effective use of color layout and interactivity to enhance user experience.
and manage rowlevel security and user permissions in BI platforms.
10. Develop technical documentation including report specifications data definitions and user guides.
11. Stay uptodate with BI industry trends tools and features including AI enhancements in modern BI platforms.
12. Provide support for adhoc report development and data exploration requests.
13. Train and support endusers to maximize adoption and value of BI solutions.
14. Collaborate with backend developers and data engineers to ensure seamless data integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a technical or businessrelated field ten years of experience in data warehousing architectural approaches or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Ability to derive technical specifications from business requirements and express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to multidisciplinary teams in verbal as well as in written form
3. Deep knowledge of SQL Spark Python Git ETL/ELT tools Data Modeling tools
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Business or IT
2. Banking or financial services experience
3. Experience developing dashboards and visualizations with Power BI Tableau and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
4. Experience with AIpowered features in BI tools such as Power BIs AI visuals Tableaus Explain Data or integration with Python/R scripts.
