Long Beach CA Management Regional OfficeProcesses all internal inbound requests for new accounts and performs updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data.
Maintains account pricing adjustments rent codes and exemptions
Processes price maintenance requests for customer accounts in a timely manner
Creates hierarchy nodes and changes hierarchy assignments
Generates and analyzes Excel data reports from SAP and SharePoint
Other duties and projects as assigned
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field is helpful
2 years administrative experience
SAP knowledge and experience a plus
Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
Must be able to prioritize and adapt to workloads schedules and diverse situations with a sense of urgency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform high volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from associates across all levels of the organization
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
Able to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Demonstrated initiative with ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment
