Joining the Global HR Functions Team (Tech Marketing & Operations) you will be reporting to the Global HR Leader for Tech. The HR apprentice will work on various operational HR topics and be involved in global HR projects. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency within the functions. Your role will involve maintaining data quality in Workday contributing to talent and performance presentations and providing specific support within Tech Operations and Marketing areas. Through close collaboration with HR Leaders and stakeholders you will help drive strategic talent initiatives and contribute to our organizational success.
Your key responsibilities
HR Organization and Data Quality
- You will actively contribute to the Tech Transformation project by preparing data documentation and meetings to animate the HR community on the change and Peoples agenda.
- You will manage and maintain the organizations structure in Workday ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- You will consolidate and audit data from Workday to achieve high data quality across all three functions.
- You will monitor and analyze internal team KPIs highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
- You will track key performance indicators related to workforce management (FTE Monitoring) to ensure optimal utilization of human resources.
- You will map and keep updated on all external stakeholders of our team (coaches headhunters etc. by function.
- You will collaborate closely with HR Leaders in Tech Marketing and Operations global functions to provide daily operational support.
Talent & Performance
- You will be a key contributor to organisationand of the Global Tech Onboarding programme
- You will support in preparing analysis/slide decks for Performance merit & Bonus and talent campaigns for all 3 functions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You will prepare highquality materials (Analysis Talent mapping Presentations) for talent reviews by gathering relevant information and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- You will support the Tech Talent & Development manager with key Learning initiatives. Manage the upskilling of the TECH workforce by tracking progress (number of trained individuals the learning path distribution of participants by banding and by country).
Recruitment & Engagement
- With support of the Global Tech HRBP coordinate recruitment efforts globally
- Support with creation of communication on key HR campaigns HR Community calls and Engagement/wellbeing topics

- You are a student in HR Management change organization or a related field enrolled in an apprenticeship program you bring a foundational understanding of the subject matter.
- You have a proactive approach curious mindset and ambition to learn
- You can demonstrate your ability to manage complex operational tasks with precision you ensure the seamless of talent management responsibilities.
- You have analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting to contribute to informed decisionmaking within the team. Ability to use excel and powerpoint/Canva are critical
- You have an excellent communication (English is a must) and project coordination skills you play an essential role in fostering collaboration and achieving objectives.
