Were looking for mechanically minded individuals to join our Technician Trainee Program a paid fulltime training program designed to transform you into a Road Service Technician in just 12 months. This handson program includes classroom training shop experience and ontheroad mentorship to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to succeed.

About theTechnician Trainee Program:
- 12month paid training program to become a certified Road Service Technician
- Includes classroom instruction handson shop training and mentorship
- Gain forklift operator certification Crown certification and PM certification

Training Breakdown:
Days 160:
- Operator training & safety
- Lift truck basics & preventative maintenance
- Electrical hydraulics traction and steering systems
- Ontheroad shadowing with experienced technicians
Days 6190:
- LP fuel systems & transmission repair
- PE4500 repairs specialty linesstandup & laydown forklifts
- Battery & charger training
Ongoing Progress Reviews at 90 days 6 months and 1 year to ensure successful development
Next Training Class Begins: July 2025
Once Fully Trained Youll Be Responsible For:
- Repairingindustrial batteries chargers and forklifts
- Troubleshooting & performing routine maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service & explaining repairs
- Ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently
What You Need to Succeed:
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities & provide onsite service
- Basic knowledge of battery maintenance & electronic repairs
- Ability to work in various positions while repairing equipment
- Manual dexterity & strength (lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Must have your own tools and a good driving record
