As a Home Health LPN you will:
- Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
- Deliver curative rehabilitative palliative or preventive careas outlined in patient care plans
- Make informed decisions based on your education and experience
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or LVN license (statespecific)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred)
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable insured transportationand a valid drivers license
