2. Salary Grade
Assistant Manager
Position Summary
- To impart all SEP training to cabin crew and flight crew.
- Maintain current knowledge of rules regulations policies and procedures
- Maintain and update training records and cabin safety documents.
4. Key responsibilities
- Ensure that classrooms are well equipped with functional training aids.
- Prepare lesson plan modules and training documents.
- Provide effective situational management trainings for better
understanding.
- Provide feedback for Training enhancements.
- Provide support to the Cabin Safety Training Manager to
conduct training needs analysis.
- Ensure trainee welfare.
- To ensure upholding of company image quality policy and
- value systems at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to company grooming and defined safety standards in training
- Ensured healthy work environment for crew in training in line
with Akasa Air culture.
- Ensure the key concerns are continuously communicated to
- the crew in training and enhance safety standards.
- Accountable for safeguarding proper handling and stowage
- of all Companys equipment and property in the training
centre.
- To ensure functioning of the Safety Security and Quality
- system within the area of responsibility
- In the absences a proper handover shall be given to the
person(s) designated by CSTM.
- Any other duties assigned by Cabin Safety Training Manager
5. Desired Qualification / certifications
- Cabin crew with experience of 6 years with Indian / Foreign Carriers in a position of Senior Cabin Crew or Line Check Cabin Crew.
- Candidates with previous DGCA approved SEP Instructor will be preferred
- Must have good communication & presentation skills.
- Fluency in MS Office including power point presentation.
6. Preferred relevant work experience
- DGCA approved SEP instructor.
7. Skills and knowledge
- Possess good knowledge about Regulations/CAR/Company policies and standards
- Good instructional and teaching skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Flexibility & Adaptability
- Must have good communication & presentation skills.
- Fluency in MS Office including power point presentation.
8. Position reports to
Cabin Safety Training Manager
9. Position supervises
NA
10. Travel needed
As required for training purposes.
