Our fastpaced Adult ER is seeking an dynamic Nurse Manager. Our medical centers Adult Emergency Department has 50 treatment spaces which includes 36 beds and 14 vertical treatment spaces. We have a new Behavioral Health unit that has 24 treatment spaces. Our ER Manager collaborates with the BHU Nurse Manager. The Nurse managers are responsible for managing one or more defined areas of patient care services. Nurse managers advocate for and allocate available resources to promote efficient effective safe and compassionate nursing care based on current standards of practice. They promote shared decisionmaking and professional autonomy by providing input their own and that of their staff into executivelevel decisions and by keeping staff informed of executive level activities and vice versa.

Salary Range: Minimum$53.15/hour Maximum$82.38/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
