Position based in Bruxelles Belgium.
Starting date of the mission: June 2025.
Duration of the mission: 24 months.

Responsabilities:
1 Bringing the S&OP process to the next level by developing the data model in Power BI based on a continuous improvement methodology;
2 Assisting the S&OP manager in ensuring that sales forecasts are captured challenged and aligned between the different stakeholders;
3 Updating forecast data into PowerBI on monthly basis and ensure data integrity;
4 Leading defined actions/projects coming from the S&OP reviews and followup their progress of completion.

Education:
Engineering degree with special in Data analysis / Computer Science
GMAT > 650
Mindset:
Digital: Able to take ownership of existing Power BI report and seek to optimize the usage of the IT tools
Analytical: Methodic and rigorous comfortable with numbers data driven.
Synthetic: Ability to simplify complex problems into simple terms/model
High value thinker: Critical strategic and value thinker
Interpersonal skills:
Team player: Ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and cultures
Communication: Outstanding presentation skills (EN) ability to send clear messages

Previous experience:
Product Management Controlling or project management
Power BI GSuite
SAP (Profile Operations or Purchasing)
Languages:
English fluency is Must have
Swedish Nice to have
Danish Nice to have
French Nice to have
Move can be expected ; driving license most likely necessary
