As Principal DRAM Design Engineer at Micron we play a pivotal role in directly guiding the design and development of our nextgeneration DRAM products. We actively collaborate with extraordinarily dedicated professionals and optimally advance and implement innovative technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated DRAM architectures and features
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to ensure detailed integration of DRAM components
  • Analyze and optimize DRAM performance power and reliability metrics
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSEE or Greater 6 years of related experience
  • 7 years of simulation experience using analog and digital tools
  • 5 years debugging circuits based on both simulation and silicon results within the semiconductor industry
  • Assist with overall design layout and optimization of memory circuits
  • 7 years of experience performing circuit simulations using standard industry tools such as SPICE and VERILOG

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or equivalent with 10 years experience in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • A selfmotivated hardworking team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other design peers in verbal and written form
  • Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products.
  • 3 years experience in a leadership capacity designing and developing sophisticated DRAM architectures and features
  • 8 years of analysis and optimization of DRAM performance power and reliability metrics
