Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and negotiation expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated collaborative and strategicthinking teammates. Youll lead the charge in shaping the future of supply chain efficiency and contribute significantly to our project success. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management Quality Legal and Engineering) set up and oversee the supplier selection process and much more.
Well look to you for:
Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers
Leading project negotiation
Monitoring Procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI Business Award Product development)
Ensuring work package sheet commitment respect
Preparation of Business Award
Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
Coordinating projects with all mtiers
Securing ontime delivery and quality especially during the rampup phase of the project
Consolidating commodity needs inputs for commodity strategy and panel elaboration
Active participation in commodity strategy and panel elaboration

Degree in Business or related field
Experience or understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
Knowledge of project management and commodity strategy deployment
Familiarity with Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving QCDT objectives
Rigorous and structured approach to tasks
International mindset and ability to interact with diverse teams
Proficiency in English
